It is aimed to make the refurbishment (retrofit) of thermoplastic injector machines.
It is an equipment tested in the park with 15 years of continuous use in environments of high temperatures and pollution.


A rigorous methodology in the design, a high degree of integration, the choice of tested and verified components more suitable for the function, make this controller a highly reliable
equipment and immune to electromagnetic interference.


An injector machine does not need aggregates to operate effectively (does not require pyrometers, button panels neither mimic boards). It is a compact equipment, of excellent presentation, with terminals of easy and simple connection which allow a fast assembly in the machines without needing qualified personnel.


It is easy to operate, respects the traditional machine operator's habits without requiring its' recalification.


It is the controller of lower cost; counts with all the functions integrated in a harmonious way. Its' easy assembly, flexibility and low cost, give as a result an effective saving against other systems.

It is normally provided with a rack that includes the starting star triangle of the hydraulic bomb and the operation of the heating to contactors or triacs of high power for the heating.

The equipment assembly is normalized by the EIA regulation of 19" and takes up 4 rack units (4 x 44,45 mm) plus one or two units for the superior terminal and the other one for the inferior terminal.

At the back you may have access to the plugging outlet plates and to the battery of the memory.

Benefits

It provides all benefits in just one equipment and you may be able to communicate with a central computer at the same time if you wish to do so.

It is an autonomous, intelligent unit, with memory, display, keyboard and all the necessary outlets and entries to operate an injector machine effectively.

It counts with a non-volatile memory to store mold and machine parameters.

It has capacity for a hundred molds. The characteristic mold parameters of each movement or process such as:
Pressure, speed, positions, timers, temperatures, is registered for each part. Like this, with just invoking the mold number the controller will operate with all the parameters of
the selected part.

An effective system of self-diagnosis informs the operator the operation statement.

It has a wide menu of noyos and ending cycle programs that allow to associate an unscrew device, an inserted charger, a robot for unloading pieces and
other accessories.

  • Programmable forced lubrication control
  • Thermometry included, six pyrometers and oil temperature control, interactive with central control.
  • Opto-connecting entries.
  • Simple relay system outlets and/or of solid opto-connecting status
  • Entry and outlet spares by software installation.
  • Protected data by two key levels.
  • Potentiometric position readers.
  • Encoders position readers.
  • Outlet and triac relays removable in modulated platelets
