Merchandise order
The merchandise is ordered through the online budgets found in our website: www.numata.com.ar, by telephone or personally at our sale stores. After defining the purchase details (by the previously mentioned ways) the next steps are the following:
1-You will receive a numbered exchange rate, which you will have to confirm by e-mail
2-The company's staff, will contact you as soon as possible to clarify any technical doubt, amount, delivery deadline and the corresponding details to make the invoice. The delay on the
delivery will depend on the stock availability. Normally, deadlines are from 24 to 72 hs. In case of not having merchandise availability, they will be subordinated to the stock's regularization with previous warning.
3_once the purchase is confirmed, the customer will be able to demand the invoice in advance.
4_at the end of the merchandise' production, the company will contact the customer, to make the agreed delivery. Payments will be cash on delivery only.
5_Tecno Numata boosts an open system of components' offer and is not responsible for configuration errors from its' department regarding:
Non-compatible hardware, lack of ventilation problems or incorrect use or layout of installed products. This is because each product has been designed and produced for particular and different applications. For this reason, all technical specifications are at the customer's disposal by catalogue and also in our website. In case of any specific technical doubt that may arise, do not hesitate to consult us
by telephone or personally (according to your requirements).
6_against any inconvenient regarding the design, construction or functionality of our products, we hope and wish them to be communicated for their solution. All suggestions are welcome, as they motivate us to obtain a better quality standard and make us progress jointly.
Credit payments
Checks will be received as open checks from TECNO NUMATA S.A. For transfers and/or bank deposits, you should send us a receipt from the bank, by fax or e-mail. In it, there should be included the cancelled quote's number, and the corresponding information to carry out the invoice and load it to our data base. The merchandise delivery will not be able to be carried out without following the instructions given previously.

Required merchandise delivery
Recall at factory: The merchandise can be recalled in our factory, from Monday to Friday from 10 to 18 hs. Address: Miralla 3041, Capital Federal.
Transport
Delivery_ The delivery service offered, whether it is: freight, motorbike, taxi, remise and/or transport company that the customer would like to hire, is under his responsibility.
Express delivery_We deposit the merchandise in the transport required by the customer within the 24/48 hs., after the credit payment of the merchandise. All these expenses will be under the customer's responsibility and will be attributed in the corresponding invoice.
Claims
Any return should be notified to Tecno Numata S.A., before sending it, in a period no longer than 72 hours after its' receipt, for which a reason will be based on the return mentioned and its' acceptance will be conditionally approved. After the deadline no returns will be accepted. It must be received at our company, in a period no longer than 10 days passed
the deadline, or if not it will not be accepted. The returned item must be without use and in perfect conditions as it has been delivered.
Guarantee
All claims will be taken into account for a subsequent analysis. If the failure is from its manufacture, it will be repaired with no charges at all, on the contrary, if it happens to be for its' incorrect use, we will proceed to budget for the current repair and will look forward for a written response.
In case of not receiving a confirmation on the budget sent, the product will be sent back without repairing, after 10 days passed of the sent quote.
All products that may be still under guarantee and not able to be repaired, will be changed for another equal unit, just in the case of not having stock, a credit note will be handed with the amount payed during that purchase.
Products will NOT be changed or repaired before their previous analysis, counting with a minimum term of 10 days for a response from the moment the merchandise arrives at the company.
. The distributed products have guarantees given by their importers and/or manufacturers. All this has the aim to protect you and improve day by day the quality service offered.
